NICOLAS HAKEN DRUM RECITAL
Nicolas
Haken, age 8, performing at a class recital at the High Dive in
Champaign, Illinois on December 4th, 2005. Nicolas studies with Josh
Quirk at Skins & Tins in Champaign. Video was filmed by Alaric
Rocha.

RUDOLF HAKEN ELECTRIC VIOLA VIDEO
Performed by Rudolf Haken on a five-string
electric viola built by
Eric Jensen. This
video, entitled "Barn Dance," was produced by WTTW-TV Chicago for the
"Center Stage - Arts Across Illinois" program in the summer of 2004.
Filming was done on June 8, 2004 at Kline Creek Farm in Winfield, IL.
Audio tracks were recorded in 1998 at Private Studios; Jon Pines, audio
engineer. The video features Haken's viola transcriptions of Eddie van
Halen's Eruption and Metallica Enter Sandman, as well
as excerpts from Haken's Triathlon.
